Seller’s Terms & Conditions

Chips Galaxy Pte Ltd (UEN: 202134116E) aims to provide high-quality electronic components to customers in all countries with complete traceability. In this journey, we are open to embracing other suppliers and onboarding them as a “Preferred Partner” which grants users access to an even wider inventory of components.

Sell your stock to us and we’ll liquidate it through our global platform.

  1. Sellers should have a registered company in the country with legal registration documents.
  2. The seller should be able to list at least 2 trade references which will then be used to contact and verify the reliability and authenticity of the seller’s business. These trade references should have had a business transaction within the last financial year.
  3. Our Partners team will contact you and have a conversation to understand the requirements and explain the features of being able to exhibit your stock on our global platform.
  4. The parts listed in our stock should be purchased from authentic/authorized/franchised sources with full traceability documents.
  5. CG will conduct a Quality Check (QC) before dispatching the parts to our customers. If the parts fail the QC process, the Preferred Partner shall bear full responsibility for the cancellation of the order and either replace the order or refund the amount as per the customer’s requirements.
  6. CG reserves the exclusive right to price the products from your stock as we wish above or below the cost price as listed by yourself.
  7. CG reserves exclusive rights to promote your product using our different marketing tools or communications.
